ON THE SCENE: BROOKLYN LEE AT VIVID'S 'THE NEW BEHIND THE GREEN DOOR' PREMIER PARTY AT VIVID CABARET LA, OCT. 18th
(Los Angeles, Calif.) - The sensuous Brooklyn Lee, star of 'The New Behind the Green Door,' the Vivid Entertainment remake of the iconic 1972 classic film, hosted a premier party for the movie on Friday, October 18th from 8-11 pm at Vivid Cabaret LA, the sexy new gentlemen’s club at 1957 East Del Amo Blvd, Rancho Dominguez, CA.
Vivid Cabaret LA is a newly built facility which is being operated under a licensing agreement with Vivid Entertainment by a subsidiary of Rick’s Cabaret International, Inc, the publicly traded hospitality company with more than 40 gentlemen’s clubs and restaurants nationwide.
The award-winning Ms. Lee said that she coveted the lead role in the movie and she was thrilled when she heard she got it because of how much she admired Marilyn Chambers in the original version. She said the role has capped off her adult film career and she will make no more movies.
Guests at Vivid Cabaret L.A. were able to meet Ms. Lee, get her autograph and participate in DVD giveaways. Paul Thomas, the heavily awarded director of the film was also onhand, meeting and greeting guests.
'The New Behind the Green Door' is an original screenplay, directed by Thomas, that captures the erotic heat of the first version from the 1970s, considered “The Golden Era of Porn.”
