FBI Seeks More Info, Victims Of Serial Sexual Offender
(Washington, DC) - In July, Brian Jeffrey Raymond, 45, pleaded guilty to sexually abusing women while he was a CIA employee. The FBI and the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) of Special Investigations began an investigation of Raymond. He has lived in the Washington, D.C. and San Diego areas and has worked for the CIA in the United States and internationally.
