(Fayetteville, Arkansas) - A federal judge has denied motions seeking to dismiss child pornography charges against former reality TV star Josh Duggar. U.S. District Judge Timothy L. Brooks on Monday also denied motions from Duggar's legal team to suppress statements Duggar made to investigators that could be used as evidence and photos of Duggar's hands and feet taken after he was in custody.
