(Los Angeles, Calif.) - Harvey Weinstein entered a new not guilty plea on Monday to a reinstated charge in his California criminal case, the same day prosecutors filed a motion to introduce uncharged, so-called "prior bad-acts" material at his upcoming trial. Weinstein pleaded not guilty to 11 sexual assault counts, including a recently reinstated sexual assault charge, after being extradited to Los Angeles to face sex-crimes charges.
