Judge Dismisses Marilyn Manson's Sexual Abuse Suit
(Los Angeles, Calif.) - A judge has dismissed a lawsuit from a woman who accused Marilyn Manson of raping and threatening to kill her. The judge ruled on Tuesday that the statute of limitations had passed on claims. The woman, who said she began dating Manson in 2011 and is identified only as Jane Doe, has 20 days to amend the lawsuit with additional details. Marilyn Manson is actively facing three other lawsuits.
