(Washington, DC) - Now represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), plaintiffs led by the FSC have filed a petition for writ of certiorari to have the Texas age verification case reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court. The coalition announced the development in a joint press release with the ACLU, published on Apr.12. Despite its conservative majority, the suit may be accepted for review by the High Court.
