(San Luis Obispo, Calif.) - Convicted rapist "That 70s Show" Danny Masterson has been transferred to a minimum-security prison after less than a month at a maximum-security facility. Masterson was transferred due to concerns for "the inmate's well-being." Masterson was moved to serve out his 30-year sentence after being found guilty of two counts of forcible rape that occurred between 2001 and 2003.
