(Tehran) - An official in charge of enforcing Iran's morality code and hijab requirement for women was suspended earlier this month after an unconfirmed video released to social media purportedly showed him having sex with a young man. Reza Tsaghati was suspended from his position after the video was first posted by Radio Gilan on its Telegram channel. Homosexuality acts are illegal in Iran and punishable by death.
