Biden Urges Lawmakers To Pass 'Online Safety' Bills
(Washington, DC) - President Joe Biden urged lawmakers to pass controversial "online safety" bills KOSA and COPPA, currently making their way through the Senate. Biden was referring to this Thursday's Senate Commerce Committee vote on the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA) and the Children and Teens' Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This is the second time the bills have gone through the Senate.
