FSC Files Legal Challenge To Louisiana Age Verification
(Canoga Park, Calif.) - Free Speech Coalition (FSC) has filed a legal challenge in Louisiana over the state's age verification law. The Louisiana law gives the state the power to fine sites with adult content up to $5,000 per day, which the trade organization argues is a direct violation of the First Amendment.
