(Highland Park, Michigan) - Transgender performer Kayla Moon passed away last week. She was 34. According to a report from Fox News Detroit, Moon was found shot to death in a Highland Park hotel on June 1. No suspects have been arrested at this time. Right now investigators say they are looking at all possibilities. Moon was first featured by Grooby in 2012, and has since performed for several of the studio's paysites.
