(Los Angeles, Calif.) - A $60 million lawsuit filed against comedian Kevin Hart by his 2017 sex tape partner has been dismissed for the second time. In February, the actor moved to have the suit dismissed, claiming he hadn't been properly served the legal documents, but now a federal judge has tossed the case on a different technicality because she filed it in the wrong venue.
