(Jackson, Mississippi) - The Madison man accused of promoting prostitution while he was the executive director of the Mississippi Fair Commission has bonded out of jail. Steve Hutton, 54, was arrested April 8 on one charge of promoting prostitution. The Madison Police Department, working in conjunction with the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, made the arrest. Hutton was fired from his job later that day.
