(Washington, DC) - Donald Trump announced Tuesday night's State of the Union to promise an end to the HIV epidemic in America. "Together, we will defeat AIDS in America and beyond," Trump said. "My budget will ask Democrats and Republicans to make the needed commitment to eliminate the HIV epidemic in the US within 10 years." He did not specify whether the funds will come from existing programs or new appropriations.
