(Des Moines, Iowa) - About 58 inmates suing the state of Iowa over a recent prison porn ban, claiming it violates their constitutional rights. The federal lawsuit was filed in Des Moines over a law that took effect Nov. 14 shut down of 'porn reading rooms' in Iowa's prisons. The law says Corrections Department funds can't be used to distribute commercially published material that is sexually explicit.
