(Englewood, Colorado) - Disgraced Subway pitchman Jared Fogle can get his dough back from his partner in crime, a judge has ruled. Fogle sued Russell Taylor, currently serving a 27-year sentence for child porn and child exploitation for back payments from the $191,000 loan he gave him in 2014 to purchase a home in Wayne Township, Ind., according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
