(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) - Former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle, sent to prison last month for more than 15 years for possession of child pornography and traveling to have sex with minors, is appealing the judge's sentence. Fogle's release date is listed as July 11, 2029. Federal prisoners must complete at least 85% of their sentence. His appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit is due Jan. 25.
