(London) - A 50-year-old British millionaire, says he registered the 'playboy.london' website, while joking with his wife and a friend. Six months later he's taking Playboy Enterprises Inc. to court in the U.K. to stop the company founded by Hugh Hefner from seizing the domain. Michael Ross v. Playboy Enterprises will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, in London.
