Next AVN Awards ceremony is returning Jan 24, 2015 inside The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. AVN just announced that Alexis Texas and Tommy Pistol will host the award show, marking the first time in 20 years that a male adult performer will host the AVN Awards.
