(Sun Valley, Calif.) - The Los Angeles City Council is moving forward with a temporary ban on new permits for new adult businesses like strip clubs, massage parlors, liquor stores and motels on sections of three San Fernando Valley streets. L.A. City Councilwoman Nury Martinez proposed a 45-day ban on any new adult-oriented business in parts of her San Fernando Valley district.
