(Niles, Illinois) - A suburban father and son bribed education officials with cash, Caribbean cruises and strip club visits as they scammed taxpayers out of more than $33 million. It's not clear how much of that may have been fraud, a federal indictment announced Monday alleges they ripped off school districts in 19 states. Arturo Martinez, an educational official, allegedly received unspecified 'services' at a strip club.
