(New York, New York) - A prominent heart doctor racked up a $135,000 bill at a Manhattan jiggle joint, then refused to pay his tab, claiming that staffers must have drugged him into having such a good time, a new lawsuit charges. 'He spent a lot of money,' club rep told The Post. 'He was partaking and tipping and drinking.' The Doc signed his American Express bills at the club. But he later disputed the charges.
