ON THE SCENE: THE EXCLUSIVE XRCO AWARDS 2013 IN HOLLYWOOD
(Hollywood, Calif.) - The X-Rated Critics Organization (XRCO) held its 29th awards ceremony the evening of April 25th before an invited audience of adult industry luminaries. This year, the ceremony was held at Supperclub in Hollywood, a venue change forced by the closing of the previous XRCO venue The Highlands, at the Hollywood & Highland Center. Hosted this year by Misty Stone and Ed Powers, Maddy O'Reilly and Lilly Evans were this year's "Heart-on" trophy girls.
The ceremony began with the presentation of new Hall of Fame inductees by XRCO founding member William Margold. Then the 2013 Awards were bestowed in a star-studded ceremony that ran about an hour. Vivid Was the big winner of the night with multiple awards for their parody movies.
After the ceremony concluded, the tables were cleared from the dance floor and the doors were opened to the public who had gathered to party with their favorite porn stars.
“Everybody was really happy. The kids were having fun,” Said Margold.
Some of the attendees—in no particular order— included Natasha and Natalia Starr, Kayden Kross, Tessa Lane, Jessica Drake and Brad Armstrong, Devon, Kiki Daire, Jessie Andrews, Chanel Preston, Evan Stone, Alex Chance, Brandy Aniston, Mr. Pete, Erik Everhard, Nina Hartley, Dyanna Lauren, Ron Jeremy, Amber Lynn, Max Hardcore, Julia Ann, James Bartholet, Manuel Ferrara, Tanya Tate, Sophie Dee, Jack Napier, Leya Falcon.
